Job Description:

As the CFO of Middle Modi Hydropower Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, managing financial risks, and developing financial strategies to achieve business goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

Leading the finance team and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements

1. Managing the company's cash flow and working capital requirements
2. Developing financial forecasts and budgets
3. Providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
4. Identifying and managing financial risks
5. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
6. Communicating financial performance to stakeholders, including the board of directors, shareholders, and investors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
2. At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, with a track record of success in financial management, risk management, and strategic planning
3. Experience in the hydropower or energy sector is preferred
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
